The Dark Path - Luke Romyn

Review by Krissy
This is a delicious book. Action, supernatural events, and a cynical lead character are blended with a twisting plot and an intriguing supporting cast, and drawn to a satisfying close, with enough wiggle room left for a sequel which I look forward to reading. This book would benefit from a skilled editor to catch some slips (at one point the lead character refers to Santa Clause and isn't talking about the Tim Allen movie) as well as keeping the author "in character" for some voices, however the material still shines despite a lack of polish.
