Of Darkness and Light by Lily Crussell
Review by Natalie
Won this book from the wonderful Lily and so glad I did!
I was hooked from cover to cover and lost quite a bit of sleep after being swept up in romance and feathers.
Elora is a typical Brit teenager...drinks, cusses and has sex but always has her faithful friend Thomas, a devout Christian.
It's really enjoyable to see their completely platonic relationship rather than some unrequited love saga and the ups and downs a relationship experiences which certainly happens when Elora meets the glorious Jack a.k.a the angel Raziel.
It was love at first sight with the odds always against them. If angels were real what else is?
Some very small editing errors throughout which weren't that noticeable.
The dialogue was modern and had an easy flow which it should be with Elora being a modern teenage girl.
