The Body Collector by Frank Hinks

Review by Phoenix
I enjoyed this book but was a little alarmed at the content being aimed at very young readers/listeners as stated in the book cover so I would revise the age group for reading. Overall a well written story about an evil witch who abuses her slave skull who is not evil as she wants it to be. There are many references to violence which again is mild to adults but for children who could be impressionable I found it inappropriate. The main story shows the skull wanting to find his body and tricks the wicked witch to take him to the body collector but he is double-crossed and put into a machine to make evil. This is thwarted by some children and a good cat with the aid of a precious plant which keeps the skull good.
