I'm Tanya, (long A, lol) I do seasonal work, and that means my busy season is due to start up in another month or two.
I love to read, it is the best form of escape that I know of ;) I do have a kindle, which has made my life so much lighter, as to the genres I enjoy, well, most, with exceptions of war type stories... so I guess if I tried to narrow the field down the list would include historical, fantasy, horror, thrillers, paranormal, I even enjoy romances etc... 
if the book is good, I can whip through one in a couple of days, but if it is one that drags, it will take me longer.
