Concrete Jungles, an anthology of new poetry by Dagda Publishing

Review by Julie
This is Dagda Publishing’s first anthology of poetry, with the theme of, “The City”. An edgy, succinct compilation of contemporary poems depicting the best— and worst of city living, this is a compact sampling of poets from the USA and UK with huge talent.
I thoroughly enjoyed the diversity of poems written by new and established poets depicting snapshots of city living from all walks of life; from gritty back streets to bright lights; the little town that grew and streets that died— places to be seen, or to be anonymous; it’s all about, “The City”.
If you’re a fan of sophisticated urban poetry, you will definitely enjoy reading the excellent works of the poets included in this well-constructed, slim volume of modern poems. I look forward to future anthologies from Dagda Publishing.
