This is one of the funniest books i have read in years. It tells the tale of a family in Dublin who survive a tough neighborhood and have a gel lacking nowadays. It felt like I wanted to make myself a Jam buttie,and call my Ma, and made me laugh out loud, and want to weep on the same page. A lovely story of a strong woman, mother, hard worker, good friend, honest, straight, and funny. Its not a wolverine or mystic book but we all need a Laugh and you get that with this book.
